Introducing Bounty Grail: A $7,200 Pretend Team Skull Pikachu
Opening a pack on Arena Club should always carry the possibility of something special. With Bounty Grail, we're placing one of the most recognizable Japanese Pokémon promos inside our Pokémon packs.
A 2016 Japanese Pokémon SM Promo #013 Pretend Team Skull Pikachu Full Art, Special Box, graded PSA 9, with an estimated value of $7,200, is now available in Bronze, Silver, and Gold Pokémon packs.
How It Works
Bounty Grail went live Thursday, October 8 at 12pm PT. It stays in the packs until a collector pulls it.
Every Bronze ($25), Silver ($50), and Gold ($100) Pokémon pack is eligible. Higher-tier packs carry a higher hit rate on the Bounty Grail. Every eligible pack is in the running for the same card.

If you pull the Bounty Grail, you have the same options as any other pull: sell it back through the Arena Club Offer at 90% of its estimated value, keep it, or have it shipped to you.
Why This Card
Pikachu has worn plenty of costumes over the years, but its Team Skull look stands apart. Team Skull is the troublemaker crew from Pokémon Sun and Moon, and this card puts Pikachu in their full outfit, from the skull cap down to the black bandana.
The card was released in Japan in 2016 as part of a Special Box, and its full-art design by illustrator Kouki Saitou has made it a favorite among collectors of Japanese promos. This copy is graded PSA 9 Mint.
It sits in our Pokémon packs until a collector pulls it.
